AI & Systems for engineering firms in Egypt and the Gulf

Where does it say that?

Example SPEC-0417 · clause 4.2.1 · page 14

Neuractor builds AI that reads your RFQs, tender packs and engineering documents, in Arabic and English, and answers with the clause and the page. When the documents don't say, it says so. Your documents stay with you, and your team makes the call.

Or write to info@neuractor.com for a free, honest reply: whether AI can help, and what a diagnostic would look at.

How it reads a sample RFQ (illustration)

An RFQ email and a PDF go in. A sourced requirements table and a cited answer come out.

When the documents don't say, it says so and hands the question to your team.

Where the hours go

The reading that slows every bid

Three situations familiar to any team that answers RFQs and tenders.

01

The request is one email and five attachments, and the deadline is Thursday.

02

The real requirements hide in specifications, annexes, addenda and drawing notes.

03

The answers depend on one senior person, in two languages, who is already busy.

What we build

Two places we start

Both are workflows that are heavy on reading: requests that arrive as piles of documents, and answers buried in long specifications.

RFQ and tender intake

The workflow reads the request and its attachments, pulls out scope, quantities and deadlines, flags what is missing, and hands your team a clean draft to check.

In
Emails, PDFs, Excel bills of quantities, Arabic or English.
Out
A requirements table with page and clause, points to clarify, a draft compliance list.
Stays with your team
Pricing, the bid decision and the submission.

Engineering-document Q&A, in Arabic and English

Ask about your specifications, procedures or contracts, and get an answer from your own documents, with the page it came from.

In
Specifications, procedures, standards, manuals and contracts.
Out
Answers in Arabic or English, each with document, page and clause.
Stays with your team
Engineering judgement and every approval.

How we work

Diagnose, then pilot, then run

One workflow at a time. You decide at the end of each step whether to go on.

  1. 5 working days · paid

    Diagnose

We study one workflow with your team. You get a workflow map, baseline measurements, a data-readiness verdict, written acceptance criteria, a payback estimate and a fixed quote for the pilot.

  2. Live within 60 days

    Pilot

A production-ready pilot on your real documents, built in cloud and AI-service accounts your firm owns. Your documents and running costs stay under your control.

  3. Monthly · optional

    Run (monthly retainer)

If you want us to keep going, we run what we built, keep it accurate and add the next workflow.

We are new, and we are looking for our first clients. There are no case studies here yet; we will publish results only after we measure them with a client.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you sell software?

No. We build the workflow inside cloud and AI-service accounts your firm owns, so your documents and running costs stay under your control.

Is our data used to train AI models?

We switch model training off on every work account we use, and your documents stay in your own cloud account.

Does it work with Arabic and scanned documents?

It is built for Arabic and English, including documents that mix both. Scan quality decides how well text can be read, so the diagnostic tests your real documents before we promise anything.

How long does it take?

A diagnostic of 5 working days, then a pilot live within 60 days.

What does it cost?

We don't publish prices. Email us about your workflow and we will quote the diagnostic for your case.
