FAQ

Common questions about AI for tenders and documents

Straight answers about what Neuractor builds, how your documents are handled and how an engagement starts. If your question isn't here, email us.

The work

What we build

Do you sell software?

No. We build the workflow inside cloud and AI-service accounts your firm owns, so your documents and running costs stay under your control.

Can it submit a bid for us?

No. It prepares drafts, tables and checklists. Your team prices, decides and submits.

Do you connect to Etimad or Egypt's tender portal?

No. We work with the documents your team downloads from any portal or receives by email. Registration, submission and the portal itself stay with your team.

Who checks the AI's output?

Your team. The AI drafts and points to the source page, and the decisions stay with your people. Nothing goes to a client before a person approves it.

What happens when the answer isn't in the documents?

It says so. The workflow marks the item "not found" and passes it to a person on your team instead of guessing.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every line points to its source page and clause, so a reviewer can check it against the document. During the pilot we measure accuracy against acceptance criteria agreed in writing during the diagnostic.

Can we ask in Arabic about an English document?

Yes. You can ask in Arabic or English, and the answer cites the page in whichever language the source is written.

Does it work with Arabic and scanned documents?

It is built for Arabic and English, including documents that mix both. Scan quality decides how well text can be read, so the diagnostic tests your real documents before we promise anything.

Which file types can it read?

Text-based PDFs, Word and Excel files are the usual case. Scanned PDFs work when the scan is readable. The diagnostic tests a sample of your real files before we commit to anything.

Do you work on control systems or site operations?

We start with documents and the data around them. Anything that touches operations or safety stays with your qualified people. Our oil and gas work is described on the Neuractor Systems page.

Your data

Data and accounts

Is our data used to train AI models?

We switch model training off on every work account we use, and your documents stay in your own cloud account.

Where are our documents stored?

In your own cloud account. We build the pilot inside cloud and AI-service accounts your firm owns, and we tell you in writing which services the workflow uses and where your data goes.

Do we need to buy new software?

No new platform to buy from us. The workflow runs on cloud and AI services in your own accounts, and you pay those providers directly for what you use.

Can we send you our documents in the first email?

Please don't attach confidential documents to a first email. Describe the workflow first. If we go ahead, we agree in writing how documents are shared before you send any.

Getting started

Time, cost and commitment

How long does it take?

A diagnostic of 5 working days, then a pilot live within 60 days.

What does it cost?

We don't publish prices. Email us about your workflow and we will quote the diagnostic for your case.

What do we get from the 5-day diagnostic?

A map of one workflow, baseline measurements, a verdict on whether your data is ready, written acceptance criteria, a payback estimate and a fixed quote for the pilot.

Are we committed to a pilot after the diagnostic?

No. You decide at the end of each step whether to go on.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. We are new, and we will not invent any.

Where are you based, and where do you work?

We are based in Egypt and work with engineering-heavy firms in Egypt and the Gulf, in Arabic and English.
