How we work
How we work: diagnostic, pilot, retainer
Neuractor works on one workflow at a time: a paid 5-day diagnostic (an AI readiness assessment of one workflow), then a production-ready pilot live within 60 days in your own cloud, then an optional monthly retainer. You decide at the end of each step whether to go on.
The three steps
- Week 1Diagnostic
- Weeks 2–9Pilot, live within 60 days
- Then monthlyRun (optional retainer)
-
Step 1 · 5 working days · paid
Diagnostic
We study one workflow with your team, on your real documents.
You get
- A map of the workflow as it runs today
- Baseline measurements, so the pilot can be judged
- A verdict on whether your data is ready
- Written acceptance criteria
- A payback estimate
- A fixed quote for the pilot
We need from you
- One owner for the workflow
- A sample of real documents, shared the way we agree in writing
- A few hours with the people who do the work
-
Step 2 · live within 60 days
Pilot
A production-ready pilot, built in cloud and AI-service accounts your firm owns and used on real work.
You get
- The workflow running on your documents
- Sources on every answer, and "not found" instead of guesses
- Accuracy measured against the acceptance criteria
- Handover notes for your team
We need from you
- Access to the cloud and AI-service accounts the pilot runs in
- A reviewer who checks outputs during the pilot
-
Step 3 · monthly · optional
Run (monthly retainer)
If you want us to keep going, we run what we built and keep improving it, month by month.
You get
- Monitoring and fixes
- Accuracy kept against the same criteria
- The next workflow, when you are ready
We don't publish prices. Email us and we will tell you what the diagnostic costs for your case.
Principles
The rules we build by
These apply to every workflow, in every step.
- Cite every answer. Each line shows the document, page and clause it came from.
- Flag every gap.Missing or conflicting information goes to a person, never a guess.
- People approve.Nothing leaves your firm before someone on your team approves it.
- Your accounts, your data.We build in cloud and AI-service accounts your firm owns, with model training switched off, so your documents and running costs stay under your control.
- Measure before and after. The diagnostic records a baseline, so the pilot is judged on numbers you trust.
