Privacy
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, trackers or forms. The only personal data we receive through it is what you choose to send us by email.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking.
- It runs no analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps or session recording.
- It has no forms, accounts or newsletter sign-up.
- It loads nothing from other websites: no web fonts, no embedded videos, no third-party scripts. Two small scripts run on this site: one plays the illustration on the home page and the RFQ page, and one copies our email address on the Contact page. Neither makes network requests or stores anything.
Server logs
This site is a set of static files. The service that hosts it may record standard technical logs, such as the IP address, the page requested and the time, to keep the service running and secure. We don't use these logs to identify, profile or market to visitors.
When you email us
If you write to info@neuractor.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. Our email provider processes the message so that it can be delivered and stored in our mailbox.
- We use it only to reply and to continue the conversation you started.
- We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details.
- We keep it for as long as the conversation, or any work that follows from it, needs it.
- You can ask us at any time to delete your emails, and we will.
Please don't send confidential documents in a first email. If we work together, we agree in writing how documents are shared.
